Don Havre brings a wealth of experience with him into the real estate business. After serving our country as a military officer from 1968 to 1990, he became a real estate professional. He has practiced real estate in the Tri-Cities since 1991, and has been the broker/owner of The Real Estate Firm, Inc. since 1996.

Don is a firm believer in ongoing education and continually updates his skill and knowledge through participation in top-notch conferences, workshops, and classes on real estate business. He has qualified as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), placing him among the top agents in the United States. As a believer in “giving back” to the community, Don has been an active member of the Pasco-Kennewick Rotary since 1990 serving as president in 2001. Don provides free use of The Havre Team’s moving truck to community charities.

In 2003 The Havre Team was internationally recognized for excellence in the application of technology to enhance their real estate customer experience and asked to join Allen F. Hainge CYBERSTARS®.

After serving four years in military intelligence, Michelle joined her father in the real estate business in 1994. She also pursued an education at both the University of Washington and Washington State University (TriCities Branch) business schools. She is on track to complete her degree in business with an emphasis in marketing this winter. Michelle brings her passion and skill in applying technology to marketing and customer service for The Havre Team.

Michelle shares Don’s enthusiasm for continuing education and enjoys attending various real estate conferences and classes. In 2001, Michelle completed her training and requirements to earn the Accredited Buyer Representative designation and graduated from Howard Brinton’s Star Power Buyer Specialization course. Michelle has also earned the Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation. In 2004 Michelle earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.
